Tuna Pasta

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1or 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 can tuna, drained
1-5 oz. evaporated milk
Parmesan cheese
8 oz. bow tie pasta, cooked until al dente
Optional: peas

Put med. sized pot of salted water on to boil. At same time, heat sauté pan or med. sauce pan on to med heat with butter and oil. Add garlic and spices. After garlic is slightly browned, add milk and tuna.
